Terms of Service

1. The service

You send us an open, public procurement solicitation (a SAM.gov link or the files); we return a compliance matrix with every extracted requirement cited to its source. We target delivery within 24 hours of receiving a complete package; that is a target, not a guarantee. By submitting a solicitation you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to what you send. You grant us a license to process it to deliver your matrix and to improve the service. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

3. AI-assisted output — human review required

ShredGov's extractions are decision support, not professional, legal, or contracting advice. Every extracted requirement carries a citation to its source text precisely so you can verify it. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in any bid, proposal, or compliance decision. We do not guarantee completeness of any extraction.

4. Acceptable use

Open, public, unclassified solicitations only. Do not send anything under NDA, controlled unclassified information (CUI), classified material, or content you lack the rights to share. We may decline or delete submissions that violate this.

5. Price and payment

$149 per solicitation, payable after delivery — no subscription. Promotional offers shown on the site (such as a first shred free for early birds) apply as described there. If the matrix is materially wrong, tell us and don't pay.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Public data sources such as SAM.gov may lag or change, and turnaround can be affected by package size and volume.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bids.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Contact: hello@shredgov.com.
